Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with accredited corporate clients to solicit salary loan applications.
- Lead the end-to-end salary loan process, including client onboarding, documentation, and loan disbursement.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations for loan applications.
- Ensure strict compliance with RCBC Credit policies, BSP regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify delinquency risks, and implement recovery strategies.
- Develop strategic plans to acquire new corporate partners and expand the loan portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Operations, Collections) to streamline processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, credit management, or relationship management roles.
- Proven track record in managing corporate lending portfolios and salary loan programs.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
