In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP HANA implementations, ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end SAP BI solutions and data warehouses.
- Mentor and guide junior BI engineers and analysts on best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting logic to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define comprehensive reporting strategies.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security across all BI platforms and repositories.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on complex BI projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and SAP innovations to implement cutting-edge technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Lead SAP BI Engineer or SAP BW Consultant.
- Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BO, and SAP HANA.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.
