Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct end-to-end proteomics and genomics research projects from experimental design to data interpretation.
- Mentor and manage a team of research scientists, providing technical guidance and professional development.
- Drive innovation in laboratory methodologies and implement state-of-the-art sequencing and mass spectrometry technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate genomic data with clinical findings for diagnostic applications.
- Ensure all laboratory operations comply with international biosafety and quality standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, research papers, and grant applications to support organizational goals.
- Present research findings to senior management and external scientific partners.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Proteomics, Bioinformatics, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of post-doctoral research experience, preferably within a biotech or clinical laboratory setting.
- Deep technical proficiency in high-throughput sequencing (NGS) and mass spectrometry workflows.
- Proven track record of project leadership and team management in a scientific environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in bioinformatics tools and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
