Join Private Advertiser as a Lead/Senior Data Management Engineer and spearhead the strategic management of project data across complex EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation) lifecycles. - Design and implement comprehensive data management strategies for EPCI project lifecycles
- Establish and enforce data governance policies ensuring quality, security, and regulatory compliance
- Lead data migration, integration, and archival projects across multiple systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data requirements and technical specifications
- Develop automated data validation frameworks and quality assurance protocols
- Optimize data storage solutions for scalability and performance in cloud/on-premise environments
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in data management practices
- Monitor data KPIs and generate actionable insights for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in data management with 3+ years in lead/senior roles
- Proven expertise in EPCI project data lifecycle management
- Strong proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and ETL tools
- Certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP) or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with data modeling, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional data initiatives
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO 8000, DAMA-DMBOK)
