- Lead the design and engineering of compressor packages for offshore applications
- Manage engineering deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines
- Conduct and oversee safety studies, including HAZOP and risk assessments
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate compressor systems into larger projects
- Develop and maintain process simulation models for compressor systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Review and approve technical documentation and drawings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Extensive experience with compressor systems and package design
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, PRO/II)
- Experience conducting safety studies and risk assessments
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
- Familiarity with offshore industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
