- Lead technical design and implementation of complex software solutions
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables

- Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a lead/senior role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
