The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior Software Engineer to join our team dedicated to the MEPS+ (MAS Electronic Payment and Settlement System) platform.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, resilient payment settlement systems (MEPS+).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from technical requirement analysis to deployment and post-production support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Architect scalable solutions that adhere to the stringent security and availability standards of a national financial institution.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in clean code, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Ensure seamless integration between banking infrastructure and internal/external API ecosystems.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software development, preferably in fintech or banking environments.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, or C#.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and transaction management systems.
- Experience with high-volume, low-latency transaction processing and messaging middleware.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, encryption protocols, and secure coding standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to payment systems or SWIFT/ISO 20022 messaging standards is highly advantageous.
