Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise onsite service teams to ensure efficient execution of HVAC and chiller system installations and maintenance.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and repairs on various industrial and commercial chiller units.
- Coordinate daily operational schedules to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met safely and on time.
- Conduct rigorous safety inspections and enforce adherence to workplace health and safety protocols (WSH).
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job mentorship to junior technicians and service assistants.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports and documentation for client review and internal record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for system optimization and performance upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in chiller system maintenance, service, and repair.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC control systems, refrigerants, and mechanical engineering principles.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and resolve on-site conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and system diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred.
