Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cross-functional quality engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, performance, security, and regression testing
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using industry-standard tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Investigate complex system defects through root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate quality delivery
- Stay current with emerging testing technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software quality assurance with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter)
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or C#)
- Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification
- Demonstrated experience mentoring technical teams and improving quality processes
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with mobile, IoT, or communication systems testing highly desirable
