- Design, implement, and maintain secure digital workplace infrastructure including cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
- Lead technical teams in delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Develop governance frameworks for digital workplace services ensuring compliance and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital strategies with business growth objectives
- Optimize user experience through continuous improvement of digital workplace tools
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Establish disaster recovery and business continuity protocols for critical systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, Citrix, etc.)
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and complex projects
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and cybersecurity frameworks
- Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft 365, or cloud architecture preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot enterprise systems
- Fluency in English with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
