Tanggung Jawab
- Lead structural design and analysis for diverse building projects using industry-standard software
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian building codes (BCA) and international standards (ACI, ASCE)
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for structural engineering teams
- Perform detailed structural calculations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities during construction phases
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and professional development
- Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel design principles
- Experience managing projects in Malaysian construction sector
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
