Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end supply planning strategy for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) projects.
- Ensure global product launch readiness by coordinating supply chain activities and timeline adherence.
- Optimize inventory control strategies to balance service levels with working capital efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust inventory policies and safety stock calculations to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, procurement, and sales, to align supply plans with business objectives.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products across regions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, specifically within NPI and DRP frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the oil, gas, or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with changing priorities.
