- Lead and mentor a team of system administrators in DaaS support operations
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and DaaS environments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years in system administration with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in DaaS (Device-as-a-Service) environments and virtualization technologies
- Strong proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud platforms
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
