Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the DaaS support team, providing technical guidance and performance optimization
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of DaaS endpoints
- Act as primary technical authority for complex device infrastructure issues
- Implement automation solutions for device provisioning and maintenance workflows
- Develop and enforce DaaS security protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DaaS operations with business objectives
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration with DaaS/VDI environments
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams (3+ years)
- Expertise in Windows/macOS deployment, imaging, and management tools
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Intune, SCCM, Jamf)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, etc.) preferred
