Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary IT team in the management and optimization of core banking and development platforms.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for critical banking infrastructure, ensuring alignment with MAS’s digital transformation goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high-availability system architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate robust security protocols and compliance standards across all systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Drive incident management and root cause analysis processes to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code to accelerate platform development and deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in system management, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise-grade core banking or large-scale financial platforms.
- Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), virtualization, and enterprise operating systems.
- Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
