Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement secure, high-availability Azure cloud infrastructure for financial institutions
- Lead and mentor systems engineering teams through technical guidance and best practices
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies for critical systems
- Monitor system performance using cloud-native tools and optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with security teams to implement compliance frameworks and threat mitigation
- Automate deployment pipelines using DevOps methodologies and IaC tools
- Document system architectures and create technical roadmaps for cloud evolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert-level certification in Azure (AZ-305 or equivalent)
- Proven experience with financial industry compliance standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex cloud infrastructure challenges
- Ability to work night shifts in a hybrid work environment
