Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of large-scale technical programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, product, design, and businessâto define clear roadmaps and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Establish clear communication channels and reporting structures to keep all stakeholders informed of program status.
- Drive process improvements and implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and delivery velocity.
- Champion a culture of technical excellence and mentor junior program managers and team leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects in a SaaS or high-tech environment.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud architectures, and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a focus on quality and results.
