Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of procurement/tender management experience
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in complex tender analysis
- Expert knowledge of international procurement regulations
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and tender management software
