Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end Quality Assurance strategy, defining comprehensive test plans and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Architect and implement scalable automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Manage the full defect lifecycle, from detection and tracking in JIRA to root cause analysis and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to integrate testing early into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Conduct performance, security, and compatibility testing to validate system resilience and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a Lead or Consultant capacity.
- Strong expertise in Automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) and API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- ISTQB Certification is highly desirable.
