Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Uniform Group, including procurement, maintenance, and distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and clients to fulfill uniform orders and tailor services to specific needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all uniforms meet company and client specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality, textile, or retail industry.
- Strong background in operations management and team supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
