Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure the timely receipt of materials and components.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high safety and productivity standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to fulfill customer shipment requests efficiently and accurately.
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and safety checks to prevent workplace accidents.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or logistics leadership role within the manufacturing or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control standards relevant to the industry.
- Valid forklift and safety certification (where applicable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
