We are looking for a talented Warehouse Lead to oversee our fulfillment operations in Lampung. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. As a Warehouse Lead, you will manage a high-performing team, streamline workflows, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily targets and performance goals.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and forecast needs.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in the workplace.
- Manage warehouse budget and resources to meet operational KPIs and cost targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and improve service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes and last-mile logistics is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
