Are you a seasoned production leader looking to shape the physical infrastructure of a leading brand? Kebab Turki Baba Rafi is seeking a highly skilled Lead Workshop Outlet & Booth Production to oversee our manufacturing and renovation projects. This is a pivotal role where you will manage the end-to-end production lifecycle, ensuring that every outlet and booth meets our rigorous standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
As the Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating our workshop operations, managing a diverse team of technicians, and controlling material flow to meet strict deadlines. You will act as the bridge between technical execution and management goals, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining a safe working environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Production Operations: Oversee the daily workflow of the workshop, including outlet fabrication, booth construction, and renovation projects.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of technicians and fabricators to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure all manufactured booths and outlets meet company specifications.
- Material Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement to prevent project delays.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations (OSHA/KEPERCAKAPAN) in the workshop to prevent accidents and ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Schedule Management: Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and aligned with marketing deadlines.
- Cost Control: Monitor workshop expenses and optimize resource usage to maximize profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workshop management, fabrication, or booth production within the food service or retail industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing a technical team effectively.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of mechanical assembly, welding, carpentry, or general fabrication techniques.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Design is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Tools: Proficiency in using workshop tools and possibly CAD software for design modifications.
