Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience in leadership development, L&D, or talent management
- Proven expertise in designing and evaluating leadership interventions
- Strong facilitation skills with experience engaging senior-level audiences
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience with competency frameworks and performance measurement systems
