DuraquiCemerlang is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Leader Maintenance Civil to oversee and optimize our infrastructure maintenance operations in Cinere, Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with a strong background in civil engineering, building maintenance, and team management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily civil maintenance activities and facility repairs.
- Manage and oversee the performance of internal maintenance teams and external sub-contractors.
- Implement and maintain rigorous preventative maintenance schedules for all civil structures and building assets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, safety hazards, or structural concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and budget estimates for repair projects.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with local building regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Manage procurement of essential materials and tools required for civil maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (D3/S1) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within civil construction or building maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and site plans.
- Strong understanding of building materials, structural repair methods, and finishing works.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to be hands-on and work flexible hours if emergency repairs are required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
