Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Coordinate with SCM department for raw material procurement and inventory management
- Develop and implement production schedules aligned with business targets
- Lead production teams through training, motivation, and performance monitoring
- Enforce food safety protocols (HACCP) and hygiene regulations
- Conduct administrative tasks including production reports and quality documentation
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in production workflows
- Collaborate with R&D for product innovation and improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in F&B production leadership role
- Experience with Supply Chain Management coordination
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and production methodologies
- Proven team management and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation
- Ability to interpret production data and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
