Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and SLAs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate local staff to maintain high productivity and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze market trends in Bali to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including sales data, budget management, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all internal processes follow corporate guidelines and regional regulations.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries or operational issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within the Retail or Consumer Goods industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, KPI tracking, and operational management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Proficiency in local market dynamics in Bali.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to work under pressure.
