Tanggung Jawab
- Lead cross-functional projects across production, supply chain, and sustainability departments
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives under executive guidance
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
- Participate in rotational assignments across key business units
- Drive continuous improvement projects in operational efficiency
- Collaborate with external partners on industry innovation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.2/4.0 or equivalent)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in student organizations or internships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Analytical problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
- Proactive self-starter with adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools
