The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, optimize supply chain processes, and implement robust CI frameworks that align with our global standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the regional Lean strategy in alignment with global Johnson Controls operational goals.
- Lead large-scale CI projects across APAC manufacturing facilities to drive significant cost savings and productivity gains.
- Mentor and coach site leadership teams in lean principles, fostering a robust internal continuous improvement culture.
- Analyze regional operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions for process optimization.
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen events to streamline production and logistics workflows.
- Standardize best practices across regional business units to ensure uniformity in operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, cycle time, and material efficiency, reporting progress to executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; MBA or Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or process improvement.
- Deep understanding of Toyota Production System (TPS) or equivalent lean management systems.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site improvement initiatives within the APAC region.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments.
