Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies through systematic process evaluation
- Develop and implement lean solutions to eliminate waste and improve workflow
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and visual management systems
- Train and coach employees on lean principles and problem-solving methodologies
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions using KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with management to align improvement initiatives with strategic objectives
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging lean methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams
- Proficiency in process mapping, value stream analysis, and other lean tools
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics tracking
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
