Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, education support, or training environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate in Education, Training, or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with creative solution mindset
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced training environments
- Demonstrated empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency in English with additional languages being advantageous
