As a Learning Ambassador, you are not just an administrator; you are a facilitator of success. You will manage classroom environments, provide timely support to participants, and act as a bridge between instructors and students to foster a collaborative learning culture. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end classroom experience to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for learners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare course materials, training aids, and technical setups prior to class commencement.
  • Monitor learner attendance, engagement, and performance data to generate regular progress reports.
  • Assist instructors with classroom management and coordinate training logistics.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from learners to recommend improvements to training delivery.
  • Maintain high service standards to ensure learner satisfaction and successful program completion.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, training coordination, or education administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of learners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management software (LMS).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for adult education and professional development.
