In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our internal growth, designing comprehensive training programs that empower our employees to excel in an ever-evolving market.

You will work closely with department heads and leadership teams to conduct deep-dive gap analyses, transforming identified needs into high-impact, customized learning experiences. We are looking for a creative thinker who can bridge the gap between organizational goals and individual performance through innovative instructional design and proactive development strategies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify performance gaps and define learning requirements.
  • Design and curate instructional materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training manuals.
  • Facilitate training sessions and support management in coaching high-potential employees.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback loops.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new training methodologies, and instructional technologies to keep our programs cutting-edge.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of constant learning and professional growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a BPO or corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design (ADDIE or SAM models) and adult learning theories.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at various levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and engagement.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable development strategies.
