You will work closely with department heads and leadership teams to conduct deep-dive gap analyses, transforming identified needs into high-impact, customized learning experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify performance gaps and define learning requirements.
- Design and curate instructional materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training manuals.
- Facilitate training sessions and support management in coaching high-potential employees.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback loops.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new training methodologies, and instructional technologies to keep our programs cutting-edge.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of constant learning and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a BPO or corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in instructional design (ADDIE or SAM models) and adult learning theories.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at various levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and engagement.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable development strategies.
