Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs aligned with organizational needs
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven metrics
- Manage and optimize the learning management system (LMS) for seamless delivery
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions across diverse teams
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and performance support tools
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development role
- Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience with needs assessment and program evaluation methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
