Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive training curriculums, e-learning modules, and job aids tailored to organizational needs.
- Facilitate engaging virtual workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training sessions for employees across different time zones.
- Conduct training needs assessments and performance analyses to identify skill gaps and propose targeted development solutions.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing training materials using tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in instructional design and adult learning methodologies to innovate our training approach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably within a remote or global environment.
- Strong proficiency in instructional design tools and software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Zoom, LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects and meet strict deadlines.
- High level of adaptability, self-motivation, and discipline to thrive in a night shift environment.
