Search Personnel is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Learning Centre Manager to lead our dynamic education centre in Mount Austin, Johor. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education and customer engagement to make a meaningful impact in the learning community.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our learning centre, ensuring exceptional service delivery to parents and students. You will play a pivotal role in onboarding new parents, driving lead generation, and supporting conversion activities to achieve enrolment targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage the CRM system effectively and handle administrative responsibilities with precision. You will work closely with the team to create a welcoming environment that fosters strong parent partnerships and enhances student learning outcomes.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from RM 4,600 to RM 5,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive educational environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Onboard new parents and students, ensuring a smooth transition into the learning centre programs
- Drive lead generation and engagement activities to attract prospective families
- Support conversion efforts to achieve enrolment and revenue targets
- Manage CRM system and maintain accurate records of parent interactions and enquiries
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with parents and stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations
- Collaborate with the team to implement engagement strategies and promotional activities
- Monitor centre performance and provide reports as required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in education or training environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage parents effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
