Join AIA as a Learning Delivery and Professional Development Specialist and transform how our sales teams and partners grow professionally. In this pivotal role, you'll design and implement targeted learning programs that drive performance excellence across our organization. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, develop engaging training materials, and deliver impactful interventions that empower sellers to succeed in a competitive market.
As a key member of our learning ecosystem, you'll leverage adult learning principles to create dynamic training experiences both in-person and virtually. You'll measure program effectiveness through analytics and continuously refine content based on performance data. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive learning programs for sellers and partners aligned with business objectives
- Conduct needs assessments through surveys, performance data, and stakeholder interviews
- Develop engaging training materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions using diverse delivery methodologies
- Evaluate program effectiveness through KPI tracking and participant feedback analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into business processes
- Stay current with industry trends in learning technologies and instructional design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
- Proven expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning development tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Excellent analytical skills for needs assessment and program evaluation
- Ability to work collaboratively in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
