Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with the company’s vision and operational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate development interventions.
- Develop and deliver leadership, technical, and soft skills training programs for all employee levels.
- Manage the L&D budget, including vendor negotiations, training materials, and event logistics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
- Partner with department heads to succession plan key roles and mentor high-potential employees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the Palm Oil, Agriculture, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing L&D budgets and coordinating external training vendors.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
