Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze skill gaps across departments
  • Create engaging training content using authoring tools and multimedia platforms
  • Deliver instructor-led sessions, workshops, and virtual training modules
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure
  • Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis
  • Stay current with L&D trends and innovative learning technologies
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop succession plans

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate L&D experience in fintech/tech industry
  • Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) preferred
  • Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in learning evaluation metrics
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
  • Project management experience with ability to handle multiple initiatives
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
