Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement innovative learning experiences aligned with institutional learning outcomes
- Collaborate with faculty to translate complex subject matter into engaging digital and hybrid learning formats
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to optimize educational interventions
- Lead the integration of learning technologies (LMS, VR/AR, adaptive learning platforms) into curriculum
- Develop assessment frameworks and evaluation methodologies for learning effectiveness
- Create multimedia learning resources including interactive simulations and scenario-based activities
- Facilitate faculty development workshops on instructional design principles and emerging pedagogies
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing learning experiences for higher education or corporate learning environments
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas)
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, cognitive science principles, and universal design for learning
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning design projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with learning analytics tools and data-driven instructional improvement
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
