Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive IT training programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions for technical teams
- Create and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, guides, and e-learning content
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and hands-on lab exercises for various skill levels
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics; continuously improve content based on feedback
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training relevance and accuracy
- Track and report training metrics, participant progress, and program outcomes to leadership
- Stay current with emerging technologies and instructional design trends to keep programs innovative and competitive
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resource Development, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in technical training, instructional design, or learning and development roles
- Proven track record in designing and delivering IT training programs for corporate environments
- Strong proficiency in various instructional design models and e-learning authoring tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training administration
- Certifications in training, education, or specific IT domains are advantageous
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
