Tanggung Jawab
- Manage virtual classroom platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS) to ensure optimal functionality
- Coordinate with instructors, facilitators, and technical teams for smooth program execution
- Monitor learning operations and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
- Prepare and distribute learning materials, schedules, and participant communications
- Track attendance, engagement metrics, and program performance data
- Support onboarding processes for new learners and facilitators
- Collaborate with content teams to enhance learning experiences
- Generate weekly operation reports and improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Communications, or related field
- Experience with virtual learning platforms or educational technology preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting
