Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, manage, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee user account management, including provisioning, role assignments, and access permissions.
- Upload, update, and manage course content, assessments, and learning materials within the platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for users and provide prompt, effective resolution.
- Generate and analyze reports on learner progress, engagement, and assessment outcomes for management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align LMS functionality with business training objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with LMS best practices, new feature releases, and system updates to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar technical systems management role.
- Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for supporting diverse end-users.
- Ability to work autonomously in a WFH environment while maintaining high output and quality standards.
- Experience with data reporting tools and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Prior experience supporting Australian-based clients or businesses is highly preferred.
