We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Learning Manager to join our flagship resort in the cultural heart of Bali, Ubud.
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our team's professional development. You will translate our brand values into tangible learning experiences that elevate service standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your strategic mindset will shape the L&D roadmap, ensuring our team members have the skills and knowledge to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
From designing engaging orientation programs to facilitating high-impact leadership workshops, you will touch every aspect of the team member lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with resort leadership to identify talent gaps, implement succession planning, and create a motivating learning environment that retains top talent. You will manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and coach departmental trainers to ensure consistency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Minor Hotels' global service standards and brand values.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including new hire orientation, service excellence, leadership development, and technical skills enhancement.
- Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analysis and address performance gaps.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers and departmental coaches.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using key performance metrics and feedback.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the resort.
- Manage the L&D budget and coordinate with external vendors for specialized training needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a Learning & Development role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience in instructional design and facilitation of adult learning programs.
- Professional training certifications (e.g., Certified Training Professional, ATD Membership) are a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
