Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the education or publishing sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation (essential for NCR coverage).
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area as required.
