In this onsite position based in the dynamic city of Cebu, you will be the architect of our learning strategy. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions that directly impact the performance of our call centre and customer service teams. From conceptualizing engaging e-learning modules to facilitating high-impact instructor-led training, you will ensure our talent is equipped with the skills to succeed.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, and Human Resources to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training interventions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Instructional Designers and Learning Facilitators, setting clear goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of blended learning solutions (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, microlearning).
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Operations, QA, HR) to conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps in the call centre environment.
  • Establish and maintain learning design standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage the learning project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze learning data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of training ROI.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by exploring and implementing new learning technologies, authoring tools, and methodologies.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide coaching to enhance the delivery skills of the training team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in instructional design and training development, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in a BPO, Call Centre, or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in learning analytics and reporting.
