Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is seeking a dynamic Learning Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of growth, designing and delivering learning interventions that align with our corporate strategic objectives and empower our workforce to excel in an evolving industry.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and employee development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. You will be instrumental in identifying skill gaps, curating high-impact training programs, and leveraging modern learning technologies to support our diverse teams across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and development opportunities across various departments.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to customize development plans that address specific technical and leadership competency requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, including logistics, vendor management, and internal coordination.
- Implement assessment and evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the return on investment (ROI) for the company.
- Stay abreast of current L&D trends, adult learning methodologies, and digital learning tools to keep the organization at the forefront of talent development.
- Facilitate onboarding and cultural induction programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the Sinar Mas ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Learning and Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
- Strong proficiency in instructional design methodologies and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate organizational data into actionable development strategies.
- High level of adaptability and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
