Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for F&B staff to enhance service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits and provide constructive feedback to drive compliance with luxury standards.
- Identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans for team members at all levels.
- Mentor and coach staff to improve performance, foster a culture of continuous learning, and enhance leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business goals, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops on luxury hospitality standards, soft skills, and effective communication.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Education.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in training, HR, or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations and luxury service standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CTH, CIPD) is highly desirable.
