Tanggung Jawab
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to primary students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational requirements.
- Assist classroom teachers in preparing learning materials and adapting lesson plans to suit individual student abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents regarding student development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
- Support the social and emotional development of students through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with the wider school team to ensure a holistic approach to student care and education.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with primary school children or in an inclusive education setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children overcome learning challenges.
- Understanding of child development and effective behavior management strategies.
- Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a cooperative team.
- Willingness to obtain any necessary certifications or training required by the school.
