Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based learning infrastructure using AWS/Azure technologies
- Oversee end-to-end operations of learning management systems (LMS) and support platforms
- Lead incident response and resolution for technical learning environment issues
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization initiatives
- Develop technical documentation and SOPs for learning system operations
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships for learning solutions
- Analyze system metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in learning systems management or educational technology
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and system architecture design
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects
- Certification in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) or cloud technologies
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical environments
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and digital content delivery systems
